Leadership Training

No matter what your background, we believe that the Lord is bringing a whole new crop of leaders together, for such a time as this. Many of you have been sitting on the sidelines waiting. Others have been seeking the Lord for new direction. And still others have answered the call and are eager and ready to be used of the Lord right now. We believe in "Servant Leadership". That means that our shephards serve those that the Lord has entrusted them to pastor. Their job is to train and develop those in their home group and truly make disciples out of them.

About Training

How do I begin?

We really want to get to know you so, we ask that you fill out an application for Leadership. Many of you reside outside Orlando, our Home Office, so we can't just meet up with you and have a cup of coffee. It's important that we develop a strong relationship so we can help you develop your Home Church. We want you to be successful and we take our responsibility seriously to teach and train. Therefore, just fill out the application and we'll contact you via phone, messenger, or whatever media we can use and have our conversation and coffee via technology.

Training Videos

We want to begin with some video training to get you involved in our process and then we will migrate to zoom calls and some interactive sessions. It's important to us that you feel comfortable with leading and developing your House Church before it actually begins. We want all our leaders to be o the same page and excited about our vision and what the Lord has called us all to do. We will try and make it as easy and productive as we can.

WHEN and WHERE

We will be posting introductory videos which we ask you to view at your earliest convenience. These videos will give you the overview of Andros Community Fellowship, what and why we are embarking on this journey and what is expected for those who come along side. We will then start in-depth leadership training that will put us all on the same platform to begin our work for Jesus. We can't wait to meet you and help you fullfill your call the great commission.
